Venture beyond single-day touring and discover the world of overnight splitboarding and backcountry skiing in the second clinic of The Backside Sessions. Hosted by Pallas Snowboards, this trip is ideal for an intermediate or advanced backcountry user. You’ll head out for a 3-day, 2-night private yurt trip in the greater Sawtooth, Idaho region and dig deeper into the snowpack, ride pow, master the art of writing snow observations, and understand the finer details of a multi-day trip.
$600 includes 2 nights’ lodging in a yurt, guide and porter service, meals, education workshops, dance parties, free splitboard and binding demos, and gear giveaways. (Note: price doesn’t include in-town lodging on the 19th.) Pallas has opened up this course for skiers in addition to splitboarders.
