Many in Alaska spent the winter bemoaning “the worst winter on record”, but Alyeska Resort did an incredible job of snow making and opening creative terrain to keep the season rolling all the way to the end. To celebrate the end in style, She Jumps hosted a GTGO event on the final day of the ski season. In true GTGO style, all participants came out fully decked to the nines in their finest spring outrageousness ready to embrace the super stormy weather, the wind holds, the driving snow and sometimes rain, the massive slush puddles at the base and the dirt spots off trail ! With 20 girls turning out for the event, it was the youngest crew yet with most participants being under the age of 15! At the end of a great day jumping and shredding with photos by professional photographer Ralph Kristopher (thanks for volunteering your time!), all the girls headed in to dry out and share laughs over a much deserved hot chocolate.
