We had a great time at this year’s (She)JumpFit event at Jumpology on March 25th where several ladies turned up to support SheJumps by getting their bounce on!
Linda, our instructor, began the class by letting everyone get accustom to the trampolines by running them to warm up. It was a perfect start since for most of us it had been years since we’d jumped on one!
She then turned it up a notch to really get the calories burning with mountain climbers, jacks and frog leaps. Not to mention the wall sits, planks and push-ups…lots and lots of push-ups! Honestly, it was way more intense then anticipated, which was awesome. Overall the class was an amazing workout and a ton of fun. I can’t remember the last time I had so much fun while working out! It was truly a great way to release a little stress while getting fit and having fun with friends.
Thanks to all of the ladies that joined us. It was a fun way to burn some calories! An added bonus was that everyone received treats from our partners at Little Red Wagon Coffee Roasters along with some yummy Kate’s Real Food bars.
We’d like to give a huge thanks to Nate, Jumpology’s manager, who helped put this event together for us and to Linda who motivated all of us to get our jump on! Can’t wait to partner with Jumpology again in the future!
