Bookkeeper
We are looking for a contract-based bookkeeper to oversee accounts payable, accounts receivables, banking processes, expense and reimbursement documentation, and supporting with month-end closing procedures among other assigned duties. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of experience in accounting or as a bookkeeper.
A self-motivated team-player with strong communication skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, with a willingness to be hands-on and solve problems as they arise.
Strong computer skills. Must be proficient with Excel, MS Outlook, and QuickBooks online.
Washington Youth Program Coordinator
We are seeking a Washington-based youth program coordinator! SheJumps received a No Child Left Inside (NCLI) grant from the Washington State Recreation & Conservation Office (RCO) to host a total of 12 youth events between January 2024 - June 2025. Through this programming, SheJumps’ goal is to expand access to the outdoors for 120 girls from underserved communities in Washington state. Please note this application will close on 3/27/2024 at 12:00 a.m. PDT.
This program coordinator contract position is being funded by the NCLI grant, and has two main purposes:
Secure a program partner of a youth-serving organizations operating in WA state.
Develop and manage 12 youth events during the grant period using SheJumps’ event framework.
Qualifications The successful candidate will demonstrate experience managing outdoor education and youth-specific programs with an emphasis on relationship-building in local communities.
