Claire Smallwood
CO-FOUNDER AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Originally hailing from Santa Fe, New Mexico, Claire Smallwood is a visionary leader in removing barriers for women and girls in outdoor recreation, and beyond. Claire has devoted the last 17 years to building a future where people everywhere are living to their potential. She’s passionate about equity, volunteerism, nonprofits, skiing, our wild places, and, as a professional chef in a former life, meticulously diced shallots.
Robyn Gelfand
NATIONAL PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Robyn is passionate about access to the outdoors for all communities. From teaching skiing in Steamboat Springs, Colorado to building experiential education programs in Portland, Oregon, Robyn loves helping people step outside their comfort zones and learn they are more capable than they thought. In her free time, Robyn can be found trail running, watching a Portland Thorns soccer game, or skiing on Mt. Hood.
Vivian Robbins
DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
Vivian hails from the east coast, but calls Oregon home. She loves to share her joy for the backcountry with others. You can find her scoping out new ski lines, planning tasty camp meals, or perfecting her j-stroke.
Liz Sequeira
VOLUNTEER MANAGER
An ex-outdoor education instructor turned indoor cat, Liz is passionate about expanding inclusion in the outdoors and leading with compassion and curiosity. When not navigating all things operations with SheJumps, you can find her sharing food with friends, playing music, or riding her bike around Central Oregon.
Jenna Sweig
CORPORATE PARTNERSHIP MANAGER
Jenna is a passionate gender justice advocate, and excited to be working toward providing equitable access to the outdoors with SheJumps. While originally from Massachusetts, Jenna has lived in Denver since 2019 where she has developed a love for aerial arts, hiking, climbing, and skiing, with a preference for activities her sweet pup Lady can join in on! With a background in international development and travel, Jenna loves exploring new cities, trying new food, and anything that pushes her out of her comfort zone to make her just a litttttle uncomfortable.
Heidi Skildum
PROGRAM MANAGER
Cold weather is Heidi’s playground. She’s gone from skiing and ice hockey in Northern Minnesota to tackling PNW adventures like trail running and skiing volcanoes. With a career in spanning education, non-profits, and the outdoor industry, she’s dedicated to making the outdoors inclusive and diverse for all. When she’s not adventuring, you’ll find her cooking with her husband or cuddling on the couch with her pup, Luz.
Jasmine Poblano
COMMUNICATIONS AND MARKETING MANAGER
Jasmine combines her love for storytelling with a strong background in Latinx Studies, holding both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in the field. Her work spans a variety of creative projects, from researching Indigenous healing practices across Latin America to developing media that amplifies underrepresented voices in the outdoors.
With experience in communications, community outreach, and social media management, Jasmine excels at creating engaging content and organizing events that foster connection. She enjoys finding innovative ways to share stories that inspire action, promote inclusivity, and build community!
Rachel Perley
DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE
Rachel is excited to contribute to an organization that creates space for people to challenge themselves, build community, and fall in love with the mountains. Living in Hood River, Oregon, after moving from Seattle, she loves adventuring in the Cascades - backcountry skiing, mountain biking, paddling, and bushwhacking. She is fueled by incremental progression and is excited to help others learn and progress in the outdoors!

SCHOLARSHIP COORDINATOR
Born and raised in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho, Francine has a passion for being in the mountains. She lived in Bozeman, MT for 3 years before relocating to Salt Lake City, UT. You can catch Francine eating burritos in the skin track or dancing on mountain tops in the summer. Her passions lie within avalanche education and the overall mission of empowering women to find their own voices in the outdoors.
Dione Catherine Rodriguez
SHEJUMPS INTO THE CANYON COORDINATOR & GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Dioné has called Utah since 2010, but her love for the outdoors can be traced back to being a little kid following her mom's footsteps of climbing trees, venturing the hills, and more during the summers spent at her grandma's home in a small rural town in Mexico. A Graphic Design BFA Program graduate from Utah Valley University, Dioné enjoys spending as much time outside as possible whether that be hiking, camping, biking, or skiing always looking for ways to promote diversity in the beauty of the outdoors. While not outside, Dioné enjoys rewatching her favorite shows while getting cuddles from her two pups and enjoying time with her friends.

Krystin Norman
SNOWPACK SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM CONSULTANT
Krystin is a coffee and fermentation scientist, freeride skiing coach, and the founder of the SheJumps Snowpack Scholarship Program. Her goals with SheJumps have been to encourage women to achieve high level competency and formal certifications in their sports, and to create opportunities for affordable avalanche and snow safety education. When she isn't working her day job as a coffee quality specialist, Krystin spends her free time exploring aesthetic ski lines and granite rock in the Cascade Mountains and other ranges. Her favorite outdoor activities include skiing, rock climbing, mountain biking.
Jennifer Fredsall Cantwell
IT SUPPORT
A former swimmer born and raised in the Salt Lake Valley by a couple of ski bums who met while living at Alta. Now completing the journey back to the mountains, Jen can be found skiing or running, climbing, and hiking in the mountains while waiting for ski season.
Stacey Mates
STORE MANAGER
Recently transplanted from Seattle, Stacey now calls Park City home. When she’s not skiing in the winter, you can find her snowshoeing or skate skiing around Park City. In the summer, she loves to backpack, mountain bike, rock climb and scramble the peaks of the Wasatch Range. She is a part-time, professional mountain guide who loves to get more people stoked about spending time in the mountains.
Stephanie Krzyzewski
STEWARDSHIP COORDINATOR
Steph’s love of outdoor adventure sports revolves around sunsets, community, and après, in that order. She’s happiest when she’s teaching others or learning new skills herself, and you’re most likely to find her snowboarding, mountain biking, climbing, or shouting loudly about how the East Coast provides perfectly fine adventuring, too.

FUNDRAISING AND COMMUNICATIONS STRATEGIST
A Northeast Ohio native, Lindsey fell in love with hiking three years ago and now can't remember life before the outdoors was a part of it. When she's not at her day job in sports marketing, you can find her on the trail, planning her next trip, or sharing her love for the outdoors and the Midwest, especially as a leader of Women of the Wild Midwest.

SPECIAL PROJECTS
Liv is a self-proclaimed adventure junky who tries to infuse some sort of magic into every single day. When not working as a digital producer, you can find her getting her fix by kitesurfing, mountain biking or skiing with her favorite sidekick, her rescue pup, Laverne.
Anna Noble
GRANT WRITER
Anna has been a SheJumps volunteer since 2015; she is a professional grant writer who lives in Spokane, WA and she is passionate about procuring funding for her clients and the nonprofit causes closest to her heart. Anna uses her grant writing experience to support the fundraising efforts of SheJumps and her local mountain bike nonprofit, Evergreen East. Anna loves to hike, backpack, ski, mountain bike, SUP, practice yoga, and ride her horse, Kappie, in the mountains of Montana.
