Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your Girafficorn Gear purchase! Since we are a nonprofit and not a retail store, we use a third-party shipping provider to process all orders. You can return your item for a refund within 30 days of purchase if the item has not been worn or used. We do not provide exchanges, but you can return the product you ordered for a full refund and purchase the correct item / size. Discounted/clearance items are not eligible for returns.
